Master class in administrative law

On April 7, 2017 at St. Andrew the first-called Georgian University of the Patriarchate of Georgia was held Master class in administrative law, for bachelor program students of law. The master class was conducted by lawyer Gia Darchia. Participant students were given a real administrative case; they were explained with the current situation and interest of client. The participants were tasked to analyze the case, outlining the problem, the ways of salvation and based on all this creation of an administrative claim. Students successfully have overcome the task. At the end, the participants discussed their suits; they talked about the correctly performed tasks and mistakes they made.

This master class will help students to use theoretical knowledge in practical activities.
